I recently had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel tucked away in a serene location next to a beautiful lake. The hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the staff's warm and friendly service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and I appreciated the well-appointed rooms on the 12th floor, offering stunning views. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious, providing a good start to each day.

During my Christmas holiday, I couldn't have asked for a better location for my stay. The hotel is situated in a prime location which gave me easy access to the city's key attractions. Although the room was generally tidy, I had issues with the functioning of the air conditioning in the middle of the night, which made my sleep uncomfortable. , the bathroom is one area of concern for me, as it could have been a tad cleaner.

the view of the big lake beside the hotel was mesmerizing. the room was clean and comfortable with a well-maintained bathroom. the staff's friendly attitude and prompt service were commendable. we loved the breakfast, which was included in our package, and the availability of vending machines for tea/coffee and snacks was convenient.

Our only complaint was the lack of proper parking facilities.

Our Christmas stay was nice as we enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and the comfortable rooms. We were also pleased with the convenient location near key tourist attractions and shopping centers. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast with a good selection of food.

The lack of amenities such as a restaurant or vending machines. the service was poor and the staff was not accommodating, especially in regards to early check-ins.

The attention to detail is commendable, especially in the well-maintained rooms on the 12th floor, which provide a great view next to a big lake. The staff provides attentive service and the breakfast options are satisfactory.
